I chose this hotel for a work session and was pleased with the conveniences provided, including ceiling fans and irons/ironing boards. These amenities made it easy for me to stay comfortable and presentable during my stay.

The only service I missed for my work was a business center or dedicated workspace. It would have been helpful to have a designated area where I could work and conduct meetings without any distractions.

The rooftop terrace at this beach bed & breakfast was a hidden gem. I felt like I was on top of the world, enjoying the stunning views and sipping my morning coffee. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, just like a celebrity on a luxurious private yacht!

I recently stayed at Lana Villa in Al Ghubra and had a wonderful experience. The location near the airport was convenient after a long trip, and the property itself was cozy and welcoming. The owner, Ali, was incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the house girls Madonna and Rea were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the WiFi worked well in the common areas. The highlight for me was the beach just across the house, where I could swim two to three times a day. The shared lounge areas and balcony facing the sea were also nice touches, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I would absolutely stay at Lana Villa again.

We loved staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with everything looking spotless. The hotel facilities were great, with a communal rooftop patio that had an amazing view of the water. Parking was easy and convenient, and we could always find a spot right in front of the hotel. Transportation was readily available as well. The location was perfect, right on the beach near the fisherman's area, providing us with a unique experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. Breakfast was superb, and we loved the mixed fruits served.

The location of the hotel is great for walking down the beach promenade, with the fisherman's market just a stone's throw away. However, the beach in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming due to the presence of fishermen and abandoned boats.

The quality of the Wi-Fi connection was quite disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel by the beach on 37th street. The location was perfect, with a fisherman's market nearby and a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and had a balcony with a gorgeous view.

Stayed at a villa with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It was a good place to use as a base if you have transport, great location as it was near several malls and tourist spots, and there were coffee shops and restaurants nearby. They have lovely staff who were accommodating and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The terrace at the top floor was the best aspect of the villa with a fantastic view, making it a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day.

The breakfast offered was limited and wasn't fresh, making it a bit disappointing for the price that we paid. Sadly, the villa didn't have a reception area, so it took us a while to find someone to help us.

It was the perfect place for us, a group of friends looking to have an awesome time in Muscat. We had a blast exploring the city and checking out the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex and Gala Wentworth Golf Club. The location of Lana Villa was so convenient, just a short 10-minute drive away from these cool spots. We felt like we were living the high life, with all the activities and fun right at our fingertips!

The only thing we wished for was a livelier nightlife scene nearby. As young party-goers, we were craving some epic nights out and dancing till dawn.
